Schneider provides the following energy services:
- Land Surveying Services - We offer the following surveying services for energy clients: boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, land descriptions, easement descriptions, and construction staking.
- Route Selection & Preliminary Mapping - We help get your project from point A to point B in the most efficient and timely manner by identifying alternative routes.
- Deed Research - Our research technicians review the public records in the local court house for the current deed of record and easements that are cross-referenced to the deed.
- Subsurface Utility Engineering - We obtain reliable underground utility information using ASCE standards and practices.
- Asbuilting/Record Drawing Services - We customize the deliverable for the asbuilt data based upon each client or project need. Our field crews are equipped with all necessary equipment and software to import and manipulate the asbuilt data directly on site.
- LiDAR Services - We provide terrestrial, mobile, and aerial LiDAR services which produce fast, accurate, and cost-effective point clouds for both indoor and outdoor environments.
- UAS Services - Our licenced pilot can operate our UAS aircraft for surveying and inspection services.
